Steve brings a wealth of experience spanning financial services, recruitment consultancy, business support, and most recently, high-growth software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses, where he’s developed and implemented successful customer success strategies.
Steve has worked with SMEs throughout the West Midlands, assisting them in navigating the local business support landscape, accessing various programs, and securing grant funding. Giving general business advise as well as startup support.
Through a fascination for digital marketing Steve previously ran his own business focusing on SEO.
Steve holds an MBA from the Open University and a Diploma in Digital Marketing.
Married with 2 children and while I am not being a dad taxi I coach and swim at my local swimming club.
