Marta leads on the Client Engagement Team for Innovate UK EDGE Programme steering initiatives in project management, business development and client engagement. Her role involves improving business processes and client experience with use of lean methodologies. She enjoys expanding her leadership and coaching skills to meet demands of evolving organisation.
Marta joined Oxford Innovation Advice in 2015 to support SMEs, offering a spectrum of advisory services, including: uncovering new international opportunities through route to market projects, conducting market research, identifying target market, commercialising new technologies and sourcing R&D funding.
With background in marketing management, Marta’s journey before joining Oxford Innovation Advice, involved working with SMEs in the Northeast of England, advising and implementing digital marketing strategies establishing connections with new partners across the EU.
