Kapil plays a key role on the Oxford Innovation Advice Management Board helping to lead the strategic direction of the business with responsibility for Finance and, until Operations Director is embedded (expected late 2024), Company IT.
To Partner with senior management and programme teams to provide financial input and advice in line with company objectives (e.g. managing financial input into bid submissions, and ESG objectives and monitoring)
To take overall responsibility for external reporting and financial compliance (including HMRC liaison, statutory reporting, audit processes and funding body liaison) as well as internal management reporting, budgeting and reforecasting.
To manage, support and develop a remotely based/multi-site finance team.
