Georgia is the Lead Programme Co-Ordinator at Oxford Innovation Advice, bringing nearly nine years of experience in business support and project coordination. During this time, she has supported the delivery of government-funded programmes that provide business coaching, specialist support and grant funding to SMEs across England, including the Manufacturing Growth Programme (ERDF), Strategic Growth Programme (ERDF) and the Investment Readiness Programme (UKSPF).

In her role, Georgia helps mobilise new contracts across the company and supports the successful delivery of current programmes, working closely with Business Growth Advisers and Coaches. She plays a key role in maintaining efficiency across central management systems while ensuring all activity meets compliance and regulatory requirements.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys unwinding with a good book, getting out for long walks, and making the most of her time with family and friends.
