Donna is working on the Business Growth West Midlands in Dudley project, helping SMEs in the Dudley area to identify opportunities for growth and offering access to relevant business support.
A customer services professional, Donna has previously worked in business support where she set up and managed high performing call centres to deliver business support in the West Midlands region. She has worked in a variety of sectors where she has managed key clients such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Wetherspoon and John Lewis. More recently she has employed in the charity sector where she has worked with key clients to ensure that they were meeting their needs under the Equality Act when it comes to accessibility, customer journeys and product design. She has also worked as a self employed business consultant and understands the challenges of small businesses.
She joined Oxford Innovation in November 2023 after working with a SME water consultant to explore routes to market for a new service that identifies pathogens in wastewater.
Donna has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration.
