David serves as the Stakeholder and Partnership Director at Oxford Innovation Advice, with a primary focus on nurturing and expanding key relationships with partners in the Midlands and North of England. Acting as the primary liaison, he fosters strong ties with diverse group of stakeholders, emphasising trust and collaboration. His role centres on crafting business support programs that yield tangible results and foster economic growth.

With over three decades of experience, David has a proven track record in leading successful teams for impactful programs in business support. His expertise spans operational management, change management, performance enhancement, sales, marketing, and customer service. David’s extensive background includes entrepreneurship, along with senior management roles in various sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Defence, and Marine industries. Notably, he managed and developed a £10 million blue-chip operation for over a decade.

David’s wealth of experience in both local and national business support positions him as a valuable asset in delivering top-notch services to clients and partners. Beyond work, he enjoys skiing, culinary experiences, golfing, traveling, and spare time with his wife Caroline and their son
