Ben is passionate about delivering operational strategies that realise positive outcomes in individuals, businesses and communities, through stimulating the local economy.
His previous roles have included delivering funded business support projects from launch, to establishing delivery and subsequent expansions throughout England, overseeing operational procedures and systems subjected to strict eligibility and procurement regulations. Additionally, he has dealt with large national and international client bases covering various industries, ranging from manufacturing and catering to construction and transportation.
Ben brings his experience of funded project compliance and successful installation and development of transformational change across a range of operational processes and reporting mechanisms to the Operations Manager role of the Access to Finance team.
