Introduction, background and business context

Oxford Innovation Advice is a national business support provider. We work with businesses at all stages of development to maximise their growth potential, benefiting both the enterprise and its people through uniquely tailored programmes.

New contracts commissioned to deliver further support across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly mean that we require project headquarters office space for the current duration of these contracts, scheduled to be complete by 31st March 2025.

Key objectives of the brief

To obtain competitive tenders from suitably qualified providers for the following services:

Provide serviced office workspace for the full duration of the contracted programmes, scheduled to begin in October 2023 and complete by 31^st March 2025. The requirement covers office provision to act as a “hub” for project management, administrative and business support activity delivered through Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Budget

This request includes a price for the leasing agreement for the full term. The price will include all office costs, including all associated services and other incidentals. All costs shall be exclusive of VAT, but tenders should state where VAT will be charged.   

Indicative Monthly Costs; 

• December 2023 – March 2025 (16 Months) – £2,100 per month (Excluding VAT)
