Mark has held board positions in significant food and drink businesses including Ginsters, Samworth Brothers and Rodda’s clotted cream. Lately he has worked with a wide variety of businesses in Cornwall using his extensive market and operational experience and his passion for the industry to assist with change, communications, processes and leadership.
As chair of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership for the past six years Mark is driving the economic strategy for our area, determining local priorities and overseeing activities to drive growth and the creation of high quality local jobs.
Mark is able to consult on all aspect of the business and challenge when required, his areas of expertise cover strategy, production, sales, continuous improvement, communicating, change management and partnerships.
