Linda is an experienced advisor to innovative businesses. A former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Linda was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at 32 after taking a lead role in the launch of the company’s first credit card. Linda left the corporate world in 2010 to co-founded Connectegrity, the award-winning team behind social media startup CubeSocial.

Having benefited from several programmes that spotted Connectegrity for its fast and high growth potential, Linda is passionate about enterprise and helps entrepreneurs achieve success through non-executive director roles, accelerator programmes and public speaking.

In addition to her work with Oxford Innovation, Linda advises high-growth start-ups as a SETsquared Mentor and Pitch Judge and has an entrepreneurship and innovation remit on the Board of Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership. Linda also sits on the Expansion Fund Steering Group, which provides leadership and strategic guidance for Enterprise M3’s £5.5m loan and equity fund.

Linda was awarded a CIMA Fellowship for her strategic successes when only 30 years of age, and subsequently represented the private sector as judge for the CIMA Annual Awards 2010. Linda was invited to become a founding member of the Accelerate 250 by Sir Terry Leahy and Lord Young in 2013, and was ranked #8 on City AM’s Women in the City Powerlist when it launched in 2015.

Linda joined Oxford Innovation in August 2017 and provides coaching support that enables scaleup companies to improve their innovation management capabilities, start or expand their international trade/activities, and successfully bring new products and services to market.

Linda’s specialisms are business strategy, leadership, digital marketing and social media.
