Strategic Growth Programme

“James has in excess of 20 years’ experience as a senior operator in designing, running and maximising business support programmes to small and medium sizes enterprises.

James has worked on many regional and national high growth programmes, most notably the U.K. government’s Manufacturing Advisory Service, GrowthAccelerator and the Business Growth Service in senior leadership positions.

He also worked with the Football Association, developing their delivery organisations on becoming more effective and efficient in supporting the national game, a period which covered the implementation of the safeguarding operating standard across the organisation.

More latterly James has worked on the Manufacturing Growth Programme and now leads on the delivery of the Leeds City Region Strategic Growth Programme helping drive economic growth across West and North Yorkshire.

He has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds, a diploma in Strategic Business Coaching and Chartered Manager status with the CMI.”
