Angela is an Innovation & Growth Specialist supporting companies to innovate as part of the South East Innovate UK Business Growth team with twelve years’ experience of delivering business growth support to a broad range of early, growth, and scale up SMEs.

Delivery is undertaken using a structured approach, utilising a wide range of proven tools and techniques to develop and implement clients’ growth and innovation ambitions, supporting decision making under uncertainty. Client support is focused on strategic support such as recognising opportunities to access new markets, exploiting incremental and radical innovation types and accessing funding opportunities.  In particular, Angela is knowledgeable in rapid strategic pivoting and is a University Lecturer in the field of innovation, enterprise and entrepreneurship.

Angela has built a large network of contacts, with five years of experience working in the Gloucestershire Growth Hub Network at The University of Gloucestershire working as a Business Consultant where she delivered strategic growth support to over 250 ambitious SMEs. Previously, Angela worked for four years as a Growth Coach on the GrowthAccelerator project operated by Oxford Innovation, delivering strategic support with a focus on marketing and sales strategy to ambitious SMEs located in the South East and South West of England.

Having been the Director of two successful companies; a family owned Management Consultancy, working with ambitious SMEs and Corporates, located in Gloucestershire and Founder of a Strategic Communications agency. Angela also has an MBA, a Level 7 Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice. In addition, a Marketing Management and Psychology degree from the University of Gloucestershire.
